cotechra (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect during the pilot and why.
1. Data we collect
When you apply, we collect the fields in the application form: name, email, country or region, role selection, and your free-text message. We may also collect technical metadata such as IP address and user agent for abuse prevention.
2. How we use data
We use application data to evaluate fit, communicate with you, and operate the pilot. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Email delivery
If configured, we transmit application payloads through an email provider (for example Postmark) to our operations inbox. We may also send a confirmation message to the email address you provide. That provider processes data under their own privacy policy.
4. Retention
We retain applications for as long as needed to operate the pilot and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion where applicable law requires it.
5. Analytics
If enabled, we may use privacy-oriented analytics (for example Plausible) that do not rely on third-party advertising cookies.
