1. Pilot status
The product is in pilot. Features, fees, and policies may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance unless you terminate in writing.
2. No employment relationship
cotechra is not your employer. Relationships between Partner (account provider) and Talent are independent contractor relationships governed by their own agreements.
3. Applications
Information you submit must be accurate. We may reject or remove participants who misrepresent identity, skills, or capacity.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the service for harassment, fraud, spam, or to violate applicable law. We may suspend access pending investigation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cotechra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pilot participation.
